Welcome to Peppo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peppo mobile application (“App”), developed by Arvinder Singh.
By downloading, accessing, or using Peppo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.
Peppo is a calm and mindfulness activity app designed for children ages 4–10. It provides playful activities, calming exercises, mood check-ins, games, stories, rewards, and other features designed to support emotional-skill practice.
Peppo is intended to be used with the guidance and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Peppo is not a medical, psychological, or professional healthcare service and is not a substitute for professional care.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of Peppo and deciding whether the App is appropriate for their child.
You agree to use Peppo only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
The App must not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or mental health condition.
Peppo is designed with children's privacy in mind.
The App does not require an account, login, email address, or password and is designed to work offline-first. Children's activity and progress are stored locally on the device.

Peppo may include features such as:
Calming games and activities
Breathing exercises
Feelings and mood check-ins
Coloring and creative activities
Stories and puzzles
Daily goals and rewards
Creature customization
Home and world exploration
Parent insights and worksheets
Features may be updated, changed, added, or removed over time to improve the App.
Peppo offers both free and premium features.
The free version provides access to selected features, including the Calm Corner, creature experience, mood check-ins, and selected activities.
Premium provides access to additional games, activities, coloring pages, stories, routines, worksheets, and insights history.
Peppo may offer optional monthly auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the device used. Subscription payments are subject to the applicable app store's terms and policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Peppo does not directly store your payment card information.
Purchases and payment processing are handled by the applicable app store. Refund requests should be made according to the refund policies and procedures of Apple or Google.
All content within Peppo, including its name, logo, characters, artwork, illustrations, sounds, animations, text, games, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Peppo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
We aim to keep Peppo available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the App at any time.
Certain services may be used to support subscriptions and app functionality, including app stores and subscription-management services such as RevenueCat.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Peppo is provided for general educational, entertainment, and emotional-skills practice purposes.
We do not guarantee that using Peppo will produce a particular emotional, behavioral, or developmental outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, Peppo and its developer are not responsible for losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their child's use of the App and seeking professional help when needed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of Peppo after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
