Peppo ("Peppo," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by Arvinder Singh, provides the Peppo mobile application (the "App") — a calm and mindfulness activity app for children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses Peppo, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.
In short: Peppo does not collect personal information. Everything your child does in the App is stored only on your device.
Peppo is designed to work entirely on your device ("offline-first"). We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. Specifically, the App does not:
The App saves your child's progress locally on the device only — for example the buddy's name and appearance, coins earned, activity and level progress, and settings. This information stays on your device, is not accessible to us, and is permanently removed when you delete the App.
Peppo offers an optional paid subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. We never receive or store your payment card details.
To manage subscriptions and unlock premium features, we use RevenueCat, Inc., a subscription-management service. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives limited, non-personal data such as a randomly generated app-user identifier, purchase/transaction records, and basic device and app information (device type, operating system, country, app version). RevenueCat does not receive your child's name or the activity data stored on your device. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you allow notifications, the App may show gentle local reminders on your device. These are generated on the device; no data is sent to us to deliver them.
Peppo is intended for children using it with a parent or guardian. We design the App to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK/EU GDPR provisions for children, and similar laws. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone — including children — no personal information about a child is ever collected, used, or disclosed. If you believe we have somehow received personal information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information — we don't collect any to share. The only third parties involved are the app stores (Apple, Google) and RevenueCat, solely to provide subscriptions as described above.
Because your child's data is stored only on your device, you control it entirely. To delete all of it, simply uninstall the App. Subscription records held by the app stores and RevenueCat are governed by their respective policies.
Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security. Because we do not transmit or store your personal data on servers, there is no personal data of yours on our systems that could be compromised.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
